We are currently looking for a creative, proactive and organised Social Media Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and experience of growing social channels and communities across Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter and other social media channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for both the agency and clients social media strategies and he/she will:
– Build and execute social media strategy through an attentive competitive and audience research
– Set up and optimize social media pages within each social media platform
– Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
– Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
– Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
– Define, with the support of the Head of Marketing, the most important social media KPIs
– Measure and analyze the success of every social media campaign
– Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
– Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
– Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
– Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network of relationships

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

– Educated to degree level in media studies, marketing or communications studies
– 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency or Fashion companies
– Fluent in both spoken and written English (other languages such as Italian, German, Swedish, Norwegian will be a plus)
– Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
– Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
– Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
– Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
– Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
– Good understanding of social media KPIs
– Positive attitude, superb attention to details and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
– Innovative and creative thinking, someone who stays at the forefront of social media latest trends and opportunities
