We are currently looking for a creative, proactive and organised Marketing Manager with a track record of success in similar roles, to coordinate our marketing & communications team, reporting directly to the Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating, controlling, delivering and managing, together with the project marketing manager, the marketing and communications strategies for a range of clients (private banking, payment platform, private equity) and for the agency
• Developing and periodically update Mughoot’s marketing strategy tightly aligned with – and designed to support – the agency’s sales strategy
• Utilise the marketing strategy to create and implement a marketing plan
• Building relationships with key clients and managing them day-to-day
• Communicating with clients to discuss projects/progress and provide updates as part of good practice account/client management
• Working against a set of deliverables with the need to prioritise workflows and understand lead times to hit agreed deadlines
• Transforming strategic objectives into creative briefs
• Being responsible for the development and copywriting of promotional materials, press releases and other audience-specific and channel-specific communications
• Managing & coordinating all the digital communications, social media and content creation activities, both for the clients and the agency
• Working collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organisational, integrated marketing strategies
• Managing suppliers and external consultants
• Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
• Weekly reporting of all scheduled activity to the Director

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Educated to degree level in media studies, marketing or communications studies
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a Marketing Agency or similar (knowledge of fashion industry will be a plus)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (other languages such as Italian, German, Swedish, Norwegian will be a plus)
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the importance of both good team communication as well as good client communication
• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly
• A positive attitude to the work, which means you are prepared to occasionally travel and work unsociable hours to ensure projects are successfully completed
• A positive, proactive, can-do attitude to your work and a determination to succeed for the client, the company and yourselves
• Creative skills to contribute to new and innovative ideas
• Must possess the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with online social media, PowerPoint/Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite
